Summit, Gatherings & Giving Back
Advanced culture is one of the most important parts of our company. We try to create an atmosphere that fosters both fun and opportunity.
Recently, we hosted a company-wide summit, the first in four years, where all 55 employees from each of the five offices came together to collaborate on how to make the company better.
Employees from each location were able to mingle and many of them met each other for the first time. Later, small groups were formed where coworks were able to share ideas and improve ways they could handle their daily tasks.
Besides the company summit, each location has held events for their division employees. Tulsa, Northwest Arkansas and North Little Rock all had a company picnic. Tulsa and North Little Rock took their employees on a float trip. Ozark had a day on the go-cart race tracks. Oklahoma City held a competition at The Escape OKC, a fun, live escape room.
Advanced has also given back to our communtiy over the past few months. We partnered with Officer Tommy Norman of North Little Rock to distribute school supplies to children in North Little Rock neighborhoods. We collected donation items and shipped them to Louisiana in an effort to provide some relief to flood victims. Advanced also participated in sponsoring a booth at the Dickson Street Slide benefitting Soldier On Service Dogs, a nonprofit that provides trained service dogs to veterans.
